- Software Products: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the software fails to perform as advertised and technical support cannot resolve the issue.
- Service Projects: For custom development services, refunds are subject to the terms defined in the project agreement/contract. Initial deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds for the current billing period are not typically provided.
